I am a college
student and spend a lot of time out of my house. I have my usual friends circle
and with them I often eat outside. I had a great love for all kinds of junk
food. The things from which one needs to stay away were always my favorite. I
never liked to compromise on my food habit. But my health took a hit and there
were early signs of diabetes. My parents were extremely worried and they
immediately consulted a specialist. I was given a thorough check up and certain

me.

I immediately went online and searched and got to know about

personal trainer who would come to my residence and train me .She would provide
me with exercise prescription and will motivate me to us harder each day. She
would plan my exercise regime in accordance to my physical needs. The programs
she made me follow were- first she made me achieve general fitness, then she
made me do yoga, Pilates, Thai boxing. She also guided me step-by-step through
a weight loss training program and it was extremely beneficial for me.

My dietician provided me with a diet plan in Shanghai .This plan regulated my daily consumption and
a lot of fruits and vegetables were added to my diet and fat was drastically cut
down. But my diet planner warned me that sticking to a diet plan is not easy.
He suggested me certain ways which would resist me from diverting. He asked me
not to give up on my favorite items at ones go but to have those items in
moderation. He also asked me to send him daily updates about my regular
consumption levels.
After following all these things I feel much better and
psychologically also I feel much stronger.
